Your second screenshot is from Valentine's XP tournament. You need to collect Valentine's Presents to earn points in the Treasures Hunt tournament. 

I understand that , i have been collecting presents. Why does it say i have to particpate when in fact i have been.Devine Quest, city, agreements.construction. So you are saying that what is showing is Xp points and not presents collected. i find that strange .something is not right with that

Not exactly. In Treasure Hunt tournament you need to collect the presents. However, your second screenshot illustrated the Valentines Day XP Exhibition tournament window. To earn points in this tournament, you need to earn XP points in the game (except completing Divine quests).
