this is your support's team reply... I will only say they are useless... They told me to talk about it on forum and excange opinions with other players here. What is there to debate about it, it is obvious scam... i acctually didnt expect anything from them, just to admit it was a mistake.

So i gave them screen shoot of my attack and the player that took the flag, on that report page i was the first to succesfully attacking that capital, but didnt get the flag... and this are their answers about it...

i just want everyone to see how you run things here, nothing more nothing less...

so i wonder what tips should i get about this? how to get a flag even if im not the first to hit it, lol... It says it was from Pavel, maybe you? Please do tell me the tips about it, because as Spock would say, it is not logical...

We have investigated your case and found that you attacked the Capital at the moment when the Flags had not been delivered to the Capitals yet. Your troops landed in the Capital at 00:00:00 UTC. The tournament has just been launching on the game server at this time and the Flag has not been available in the Capital. The player who has attacked the Capital several seconds later has successfully captured the Flas since at this moment the Flag has already been available. The tournament should be already launched in the game to capture the Flag with the attack on a Capital. 

Since the issue has not been classified as a bug, the topic will be closed.
