A friend of mine has entered the game and his attack was outside. Forth member of my coalition has the same problem. Can anyone explain to me how this happens? I won't give any more money to Plarium. Or the guy who attack him uses some sort of a program?Who will leave outside his scorpios without any other attack units?

Attack units have hardly any defense, see that few points get the attacker, and all the bonuses that the attacker can have must be taken into account.

The attack troops defend very badly, a single swordsman is capable of killing several horses. If instead of being 89 scorpions there were 89 catapults of fire the points obtained would be multiplied by 10.
The attacker would have activated attack bonus and his troops will be improved to the maximum for that the damage he did.

I can assure you that troops cannot leave your Acropolis in case they were successfully secured. All actions in the game are made only after the appropriate commands which are sent by the player. This is why if your troops reach the Acropolis, then they can leave it only if you recall them manually.
However, the troops can be sent into the Acropolis and not reach it due to an unstable internet connection. In this case, the command is not delivered to the game server and your troops remain in your City. Please, always double check whether your troops have arrived in the Acropolis before logging off the game.
Also, we handle all requests individually. If your friends are experiencing any issues in the game, they will need to contact us personally.
