Can not enter game from yesterday

it seems that there is something wrong from yesterday - page has broken layout and I can not log in... I am also often asked to prove that I am nor robot by captcha, which did not happen until yesterday too.

Is the issue known? When is it going to be fixed?


I use Chrome, but have no problems with other games.

during your holiday.... I had huge problems and tried all you have written on your website...

I got some help in game discussion to use Browsec and it works.

From my opinion, it seems that you are blocking my location (I just see different content) and unwilling to spend your time on me.Your mistake cost me a lot of time during Christmas and I am not willing to spend any more on your useless pretending of work.

I have absolutely no problems in other games - just your sole case. Maybe you just hate Chrome and decided to make suicide leading war against it... I contacted Google and we will see...


All I want to hear from you is :

1) we removed our bug

2) what compensation you give me

If you still have problems loading game after trying all the tricks. Download the plarium app, it was designed to avoid this kind of problem.   

If you have losses, contact the support center. But you seem to be the only one in this situation, so to plarium the problem comes from you. So it's very likely that you do not receive any compensation.

I tried 3 browsers and all you advise on your website/forums - a few days no reply and not solved until now... you seems to even refuse that problem exists...:-)

Do you think that other will use this "service"?


The difference might be that :

1) they are not able to get to forum in broken interface (very hard to find link to forum)

2) they already left this supportless game

What do you expect sir from plarium ? You have been told that you will probably not be compensated because the problem only affected you. It's not because you have it that everyone has had it too, so admit you are the only one. The evidence that indicates it was given to you, so why do you persist in saying that it is a bug.

There is no solution you offered. You just put questions without real effort.

I contacted my provider, Google and Browsec company to find truth as you are unwilling to cooperate obviously.


Spent some money (about 150 Euro) on your game until now and it might happen that you will be forced to pay them back as you refused to deliver product after payment... + my time spent on this in case I find out that you are laying...

Our website is not hosted on the same server as the game itself, otherwise every time there is a maintenance or issue you would be losing access to the website as well. Moreover, if the issue was on our side you would not be able to access the game even with a VPN extension and all other players or at least a major portion of them would have the same problem. 


Now I speak as a player: You have problems with the website, you alone, and strangely after installing VPN, which changes the IP address, the website has refitted. I have not had the opportunity to see the consequences of a ban on the website, but I think you have been banned for any reason.

you have probably fixed issue - started working even without using Browsec...


+ yes, it seemed like being banned... without reason so I contacted game admins here and on support... and that is why I want compensation...
