Please try the steps below.

1. Try launching the game using Incognito mode in your browser (instruction here)

2. Try launching the game using another browser: Mozilla Firefox / Opera

Please note that the Opera browser is based on the Chrome technologies. If you are using Google Chrome, please try installing Mozilla Firefox.

3. Download the latest version of Adobe Flash Player

And, as Bill Almorra mentioned above, the Plarium App helps if you play on the plarium.com

the problems of plarium stop that have already happened, I tend to think about a very slow wifi that happens to me from time to time. See if it's just the game or the internet connection trying to navigate in other pages

Hi, I have the same problems, but not just entering buildings, also gathering resources from my own town or friends' ones. Already tried all what Helga said but no luck, if I keep clicking on something moving slowly the mouse, eventually it will work, but I mean after MANY clicks, in rapid succession, and this goes on since yesterday, until then it was all fine. Also checked my connection and it's all right,almost 12 Mbps download and about 8 upload. Any hint?

P.S. I also tried to install the app, it installed fine but doesn't run because it complains about system version, I have 32 bit windows 7; the strange thing is it installed flawless and there's no chance to choose a version when downloading, I already reported this.

Hi, ADRENAX98. The app currently runs only on 64-bit Windows. Regarding clicking issue. Have you tried to use a different browser to see if the problem repeats there too?

Yes, you are correct, it is an issue with Chrome. It gradually cuts the functionality of Flash Player. Several versions ago it worked well, but now seems it will be harder with every update. 

In case you are interested, here is a version of Iron browser, created using the source code of Google Chrome, the game should work well there  http://www.srware.net/downloads/IronPortable.zip

Trying with Iron browser, it works like a charm, fast and flawless, all the problems are gone at once, I highly recommend it to anyone who's having trouble with chrome, this browser is the solution.
