If You Can't Make A Purchase?
For those utilizing Plarium Play>>>Go to Settings>System Preferences> to the right you will see "Clear Cache".
Clicking this button will log you out of the Game App. Re-boot your PC (may/may not be needed but it's always a good idea to start from a fresh re-boot) Just my .2 cents worth.
