Finding it difficult to navigate around support menu to enter a bug.  Very, very frustrating!  After this recent Guardian Pass finished yesterday, I was notified of the emeralds and energy I would receive and, on that result, I bought another Guardian Pass.  However, I still have not received the emeralds or energy bubbles - and I am not the only one.  Is this a current glitch?  I won't be buying another pass if this is not put right.

I am still unable to make request to break several equipments like Orphean vambraces, Commanders armor, Gladiators blade, Sapphire ring etc. Whenever i click to break them it does not show option to ask for coa help. It only show options to boost. I did raise a ticket for this issue, they said it is difficult to rectify this now, as its complicated. It was like 7-9 months ago. Several updates came but my problem still exists. I hope someone will find a way to solve this issue. I am taking more time to break equipments as I am not getting coa help. Its disgusting. 

Please take urgent necessary actions.

Unfortunately we can't fix this problem at this moment. This is a huge issue which needs additional time. I hope on your understanding.

Oh, Sorry I didn't knew that.

I will wait then, hoping that it will be solved one day. I kept "HOPE" for past year, no problem i will keep it for some more time.

No.

But as the level 20 dominion gives 1 hour free boost, I don't care about it much now a days.
