On second photo your achievement is lvl2 as I can see..on first photo it's lvl3.. soo amm where is the problem there?

maybe you attacked some persians instead of defending them so you didn't get some points there cause your achievement for attacking is at maximum as I can see.

I also see no issues here :) Lvl2 changed to lvl 3, you your Achievement is progressing :)

on the first look, everything seems to be normal. but look at the overall experience level right under the username. nothing changed there. i think thats the issue here.

Right, now I see :) I guess there's a delay in data update, should be solved on its own.
