I have the app but on server 1 I have not recevived the free 30 day package. I am on server 2 also and it showed up. What gives?

yes I think I worked this out thinking about it today, but no forewarning about this, also is it random what server they give it to as I would have liked this on glorious valley, not thracian frontier. All we need now is for someone to tell us what the situation is? are you reading this plarium??

Now I have just found out from a player that he has got both the play app rewards on Glorious Valley and Thracian Frontier with same email address. Why are we being the unlucky ones??? I have played on app long time now through all its faults especially with wont load days, where I have had to go back to browser.

You need to get back to me on this asap CMs, Moderators etc. Hope this helps the others on this thread also. This needs to be rectified to the situation other players have enjoyed 2 days into this conversion into play app mode. Not Happy!
