He probably used a load of guardian revival boosts, a lot of expense, but to a player with a 7 star gold guardian with 3 enlightenments chicken feed.

Since when was it okay for the same guardian (NOT a similar but the same Guardian)  to be used by 2 different cities?

yes sorry ares, I was off on wrong thread here also. I think it is coincidence really, a lot of the coiners have already their 7 star guardians, same enlightenment = same strength (skill stones have been applied ages ago for this type of guardian, and they are giving them away now), but easily plausible with the enlightenments, who knows could be same player but in 2 different coalitions.

Same level is very normal, he wouldn't have stopped upgrading it before level 40 since it costs almost nothing, and same number of stones is normal, that's the maximum (it would be much more intriguing if there were only several stones applied and exactly the same way), and as far as the affinity is concerned, there is still a 33% chance, so I don't find it that crazy, in the end, for 2 players to have the same guardian like that...
