I have the same problem, Plarium posted the event "summoning of the guardian" with delay and we lost the gain of the sacred links !!! this is just a scam so please rectify that.

Events and tournaments do not always start when we want or with the expected cadence.

We must be very sure that when we opened the "invocation link ..." the event was still active or if you refer to the X2, for example, that it was already active.

To check it you need the identity of the player, the capture I include is in case you don't know where to find it.

It can be a bug but you need to check it and although FORTUNA T.I.A. you are right to say that it is urgent, we already know that you have to follow some steps.

Eventos y torneos no siempre comienzan cuando nosotros queremos ni con la cadencia que se espera.

Hay que estar muy seguro de que cuando abrimos los "vinculo de invocacion ..." estaba aun activo el evento o si te refieres al X2, por ejemplo, que ya estuviera activo.

Para comprobarlo se necesita la identidad del jugador, la captura que incluyo es por si no conoces donde encontrarla.

Puede ser un bug pero se nacesita comprobar y aunque FORTUNA T.I.A. tienes parte de razon al decir que es urgente ya conocemos que hay que seguir unos pasos.

its not our fault that plarium adds things in worng time, and not the first time bugs with events. (and lack of information, if they ahd said in two hours new event, people wait, but they did not, asnd same hours show that it was palrium msitake, not ours)

When you (plarium)  make a mistake, it is good to recognize and correct it for the players who have been unfairly losing because of you.

you must give the sacred links to players who should have benefited from it. 

and  stop ready-made answers because dishonesty has limits ...

we dont ask for nothing extra, we want to have the same rights as the rest of players and not to be discriminated for an error that was not ours.

in the logs you can see how many we open, and provide us with the points according to what we opened.

- No se escribir en ingles, incluso en español no escribo muy bien, y utilizo un traductor que es horrible. No tengo las respuestas del copia/pega, bueno en lo escrito anteriormente si pues es lo mismo que puse en otro hilo igual a este hace un rato lol.

For my part I already sent a message to the support which sends a formatted answer saying that it comes from us when it is those who made the error (look at the Fortuna screen ...)

I am certainly not surprised at the lies of plarium.

we simply ask them to accept and correct their error with the players concerned, including me.

if they made this on purpose its totally a scam, which is even worse. Their servers probably are garbage so the tournament didnt appear when it had to, you can see all the variables here, its their mistake.
