Feature: Warfare report filter

Special Conditions: Previously, filter was set to not receive reports with zero losses, this is now to be changed

Step 1: Go to REPORTS-->WARFARE-->SETTINGS and scroll to the bottom, the last filter states DO NOT RECEIVE REPORTS WITH ZERO LOSSES even though the slider is all the way to the left.

Step 2: If the slider is moved to the right and then back to the far left, it then states RECEIVE ALL REPORTS.

Step 3: Select SAVE to exit the settings window.

Step 4: Re-open the settings window for warfare reports

Result: The filter is still correct.

Step 5: Reload the game/browser window, open the warfare report settings again, and scroll to the bottom of the window

Result: The slider is still to the far left but it again states DO NOT RECEIVE REPORTS WITH ZERO LOSSES.

Note, this process has been repeated over several days with the exact same results.
