Hello Bernice. Maybe you need to delete your old file from your PC operating system, plus you have to check your PC Windows task manager in case there are 2 Plarium Play who are running in your system. if you don't know how to open your PC task manager you can do it by clicking the keys CTRL, SIFT, and ESC  at the same time, so your PC task manager will open, and you can stroll down and delete the work of the  Plarium Play files from there.
