I had the same issue but when I updated cavs speed training to lvl 26, problem has been solved.

Anche a me sta succedendo la stessa cosa.

Da quando sono state introdotte le nuove destrezze, dall'elenco dei bonus del filarca e' sparito quello della velocità di addestramento della cavalleria.

il bonus inoltre non e' più' selezionabile perché non compare più nell'elenco dei bonus.

Potete cortesemente controllare e risolvere il bug ?

Thanks for reporting the issue. The matter is that the Cavalry training speed bonus disappears once the 3rd stage of this particular Skill is getting updated for the first time. As soon as the Skill update is over, the option reappears. 

Meanwhile, I'll forward this issue for a related fix. Thanks once again!
