Plarium - it is bad enough when you have bugs in your system but it is worse when you you do not respond and make good your errors.

I have raised a ticket

It was not easy to do so, both as it is not clear how to raise a ticket and also your system did not have menu selections that fitted my problem.

May I suggest these 2 aspects be looked at and improved?

For example you answer could have contained a templated response on how to raise a ticket.

gotta admit I agree on the ticket raising point, it isn't easy! 

I keep meaning to write a template response to ticket raising but real life sadly always seems to get in the way, keep reminding me though and I will get round to doing it once I am no longer doing 14 hours a day in my new RL job and I will get oine written :) feel free to PM me so the forum isnt being spammed lol
