Well tihis happend.
During some privet matters one of my cusins younger kids wonderd in my privet study and foun my laptop witch i forgot to lock had some simulation rendering in the backround and deleted by clicking every place he he could and reset the cash data and i cant get the data back so is there a way to recover the progresion.

What exactly happens when you try to re-enter the game, Archon? Do you see the city from the starting level? If so, please make sure you're on the right server.
The old progres doesnt show up.

Hello. Archon. If you didn't migrate your FB city to Plarium Play, before April 2022, I'm afraid that you cannot save the progress of your old fb city . Of course, you can always start a new city on the main Plarium Play platform. 🙂

Archon, if you migrated to the Plarium Play before April 2022, then click on the <my library> option and if you did the procedure right, you will be able to see both Spartas like my screenshot shows. If you cannot see both of Spartas, maybe you did something wrong, so the only ones who have the tools to check it, are the Support Team. You can find the form to submit the ticket here
