the only way to sort that is to clear cache as it is a visual problem, yes cache in app and in web, for web i always use ccleaner (is free), for the app, go to the plariun logo in desktop, click on "open location" (not sure as i have it in spanish hehe) when the window where the program is located it opens delete the file called cache) yes i know we should not be deleteing daily cache, but this is the best way to deal visual problems like that (we had your same problem with players with no coa and it was an error, in the same server, it sorts after clearing cache)

The "clear cache" (or delete cache file altogether - in App) does not fix this problem.

Why do these problems linger for months?  some issues were reported 6-8 months ago and are still not fixed.

Plarium Play app is updated not as often, like the game.

Most of the players at the bottom of the screen belong to my coalition however you can see that many appear to have no coalition affiliation.
