check that there hasn't been a refusal of payment by your card provider/paypal, almost everyone I know that this has happened to had an issue with their payment being refused for some reason 

(most had actually put incorrect card details on the payment system or their payment card expiry date has been reached and they haven't updated them with their new card's details so not saying you haven't got the money :)  )
