The exact steps you performed before the bug arose; EASY i accepted rewards and i saw in the email that i attached that one item was not included

Any special conditions that caused the bug to appear (active events, applied bonuses, etc.); ummm

What should have happened; that i get that item, and if it is one of those that we dont have we should get something equivalent

What actually happened.: we were promised something that we did not get

Hi! This item is unavailable on plarium.com yet. It should not be included in the tournament rewards. 

I have informed our devs of this case. They will look into the tournament balance to avoid such issues in the future. 

I am afraid the compensation is not provided since the item should not be offered. Thank you for your understanding.

so why every week we have this problem?

why we never get compensation from all the constant mistakes this departmen do?

why we are always that we have to understand all the msitakes and bugs asn we get no UNDERSTANDING back ?

mr pavel is not the first time this happends, i even myself postes a couple of them here and always the same answers that as you can see mean nothing as it keeps happening!!!!!

I understand your frustration. We apologize for this situation.

Since the server on plarioum.com has been migrated to WebGL engine, there is a difference in the game features between plarium.com and Facebook servers. And due to this, the tournaments launched on plarium.com servers can contain unavailable items. I have informed the responsible for launching events about this case. They will do their best to avoid such situations in the future.

its is not frustration, it complete distrust in a company that seems to dont care and give a s*** about their customers, and after that, having to read the kind of answer given to us if we appoint any problem ...


your apologising for the weekly errors of your colleges does not help me or the rest of the players of the plataform that suffers this every week! and nothing gets done or we get anything for it

this weekend we had another similar case, its not something occasional, its a constant mistake that keeps happening

I am hoping that as the .com servers are brought in line with the FB servers we get less of these errors on the .com platform 


they are updating features frequently on .com now however if they add too many at once 1) people complain there is too much new content to learn in one go and 2) it could cause more bugs on the game engine so they have to be beta tested first (and even then some bugs can slip through the net)

moortee the problem is that is unplayable the game many times, they keep adding things but they dont deal the basic issue of lag or the constant bugs


so why i wnat more when what i have is not good, lets resolve the issues before getting more crowded....
