Here is what I am talking about.
2 lvl2 guardian "disappeared", without contributing to a lvl 3 one.
The Palrium rep told me that the third guardian was lvl15, not 20. If that is true, that explains why it didn't turn into lvl3, but doesn't address the question as to why 2 other guards disappear.

Pavel, that was only a partial reply. It could explain (if the guard's lvl was only 15) why the upgrade did not take place. It did not offer any explanation as to what happened to the other 2 guards. If they "disappeared" by the Plarium design (a trap for players), then I can agree it was not a bug. Is it what you mean?Hello, Archon!

you are best to apply them one by one until you are close then hitting warlords to max them out as if you just do all of them in one go you risk wasting the extra onessorry, is it an explanation as to what happened to me?

Here is what I mean:
You had Rank 2 Guardian with level 15. The max level for Rank 2 Guardian is 20. I.e. your Guardian was not on a maximal level to upgrade the Rank. To upgrade the Rank, your Guardian has to be on MAX level.
You have upgraded Rank 2 Guardian's level by sacrificing other 2 Guardians. I.e. you sacrificed them for XP points. After the sacrifice, the Rank 2 Guardian's level increased to level 20.
Please refer to the game guide to learn more about the Guardians. Since this case is not a bug, the topic will be closed.
