Troops could return home in case you were excluded from your Coalition.
Also, please make sure no one, except you, has access to your account. By default, troops can be recalled only manually.s8sdt said:

I am afraid we are unable to roll back any action in the game. All of them are recorded in the game logs and cannot be edited. To investigate this case as an issue, I need the details that would help me to reproduce it on our side. Please specify the actions you performed in the game before all your Garrisons went back home.
