Regarding the numbers of troops you want... You have to refresh for it to act normal again.

The rankings, and also if you want to see who did points in a Coalition Tournament... You don't have to refresh, you can go out to the world map, and then go back to your city, and it will work.

But as you already said, refresh.. And I mean.. How long does that take you? 5-10 sec? 

same problems and the constant and constant refresh that sometimes can take up to 1 minute?

Yes, thats true I am at server 2 - so that might help. Smaller world to load. Also it depends on your computer, your own internet, and the presure on plarium/sparta servers. And it takes more like 30 sec.. 10 sec was a bit optimistic. - still fast enough for me. 

Main reason is most likely as you said, server 2 versus server 1.
