Rewards for Coalition achievements can be received only once. If you have received the reward in the previous Coalition, it won't be offered to you when you complete the same achievement with the new Coalition. 

I am not getting my 10 new battles even though my reports show I should be getting one.  

I know where they should show up so please dont ask me to look. They are simply not there.  Please reply asap.

I assume you talk about Guardians.

It is not +10 battles. 1 battle is 10. Those 10 are energy, and 10 is needed for every battle agaisnt the Warlords. When you win +10 energy, they are added to your energy automatic. - so you have already used your reward(s).

Coeus, I thank you for your reply but that is not right. 

I have used my reward before. When you run out of energy it will ask you if you want to apply your recharge. If you do not have one, it will prompt you to recharge using the emeralds. I did not make this up, I have already done this. Even in my report it shows a reward.  I will post a screen shot.   

+10 energy is exactly that.. 10 energy.

The one you tried.. If I remember correctly you get one or two for free while doing the guardian quests.. But these restore a full energy bar. When these are used, you can choose to buy a full energy bar versus 10 emeralds.

That picture you show, is 10 energy. - enough for 1 battle against the Warlords. And it is added to your energy bar automatic.

Try look for yourself, look at your energy bar, and every report until you see it.

If that is true, it is VERY confusing because I was expecting one of these. . .  

So I guess to be fair,  you have to hover over the icon in the report, then you can see that it does say "energy". But I stand by my assessment. This is a bad design and needs to be addressed by Plarium. Or simply state in the beginning that you only get a few recharge items and that is it. No other way to get more..... so use them wisely! 

I read the guide and it does not say either way and you cannot see them in the "items" tab for sale so I naturally assumed that the only way to get more of them is doing battle with warlords because you see the icon in your report.   So, it is my mistake however I believe that I am not the only one who has made the same misread.  Oh and not much of a reward in my opinion.  smh

+10 is better than no reward(s)

But of course a Guardians Bond of some kind is much better.
