I will illustrate it with an example :

I go to my war council and open the contacts tab, look at the closest contact I have : http://prntscr.com/jnizsj

Now I click on the To battle! red tab, bottom left of the screen, contacts tab again, and the contact doesn't show up here : http://prntscr.com/jnj2a1

PS : it actually did for less than a second and then disappeared along with several others

And if I go on that city on the map, the little red cross indicating that it is in my contacts does show up http://prntscr.com/jnj2w7

I play on the Glorious valley server, if that may help.)

That issue has never been fixed, to my knowledge, but there is another old bug that had been fixed and that recenly came back : the amount of resources looted in a city displayed in the contact tab fom the "to battle!" button gets back to zero, though the week is not over yet, so that we end up wasting a raid again, like we used to months ago ( http://prntscr.com/jnlkdk for instance)

I have the same problem of some cities in the war council contacts section not showing up  in the to battle contacts section. This has been a problem for quite a while. I have cities that are not besieged by me that do not show up in the to battle contacts section, but are in the war council contacts section and on the map show the red 'x' to delete a contact. I tried deleting the cache, using the app and different browsers, etc. I tried deleting the contact and re-adding it as a contact, but it still will not show up. I now have to go through the war council contacts list of 200 contacts and find the cities not showing up, jump to them on the map to see if they are besieged or not, and then raid them. What a waste of time and made more difficult now that many cities are labeled General #xxxxxxx. Can this be fixed?
