Please make sure you have completed all Tutorial Quests. They can be found at the top of Quests tab.
If all quests are completed, please attach a screenshot of the Quests tab and specify your in-game coordinates.alanedgett44 said:

Yes, I understand what you mean. Please open Spartan Training tab and check which quests are specified under the progress tab. The training should be completed when you complete the specified quest.

Please complete the tutorial quests and inform me if the issue is resolved.
To leave your current Coalition, you need to press the button I marked by the arrow.
