Feature (The Issue) = Displayed (and assumed applied) Offensive and Defensive Bonuses from Selected Equipment for General

Before Bug Arose = What I think you are asking is when was I aware of the issue? All was well until the recent game update.

Special Conditions = None. I have changed equipment and the displayed bonuses in all instances did not equal calculated bonuses for any of the equipment selected. Not special conditions, it is a common condition. More over I play on Server 2 (The Thracian Frontier) and there is no issue, it is only on Server 1.

What should happen = The displayed (and assumed applied) offensive and defensive bonuses should match to the individual selected equipment bonus for the units.

What actually happens = The displayed bonuses for Heavy Infantry and Phalanx appear to be switched and do not match the calculated individual equipment bonuses for Heavy Infantry and Phalanx.

My investigation with screenshots....

Defense Equipment

Golden Wreath, Class III, Level 4: 3% for Light Infantry, Heavy Infantry and Phalanx.

Harmost's Helm, Class III, Level 2: 2% for Light Infantry, Heavy Infantry and Phalanx.

Olympian's Shield, Class II, Level 5: 12% for Light Infantry and Heavy Infantry.

Cuirass of Naxos, Class III, Level 5: 3.7% for Light Infantry, Heavy Infantry and Phalanx.

Displayed Defensive bonuses

Light Infantry = 20.7

Heavy Infantry = 8.7 (not correct, see calculated below)

Phalanx = 20.7 (not correct, see calculated below)

Cavalry = 0.0

Calculated based on the addition of selected equipment

Light Infantry = 20.7 (3.0 + 2.0 + 12.0 + 3.7)

Heavy Infantry = 20.7 (3.0 + 2.0 + 12.0 + 3.7)

Phalanx = 8.7 (3.0 + 2.0 + 3.7)

Cavalry = 0.0

Offense Equipment

Golden Fibulae, Class III, Level 5: 3.5% for Light Infantry, Heavy Infantry and Phalanx.

Silver Vambraces, Class III, Level 5: 4.1% for Light Infantry, Heavy Infantry and Phalanx.

Cretan Buskins, Class III, Level 5: 3.6% for Light Infantry, Heavy Infantry and Phalanx.

Kopis of Ares, Class II, Level 5: 19.3% for Light Infantry and Heavy Infantry. 

Displayed Defensive bonuses

Light Infantry = 30.5

Heavy Infantry = 11.2 (not correct, see calculated below)

Phalanx = 30.5 (not correct, see calculated below)

Cavalry = 0.0

Calculated based on the addition of selected equipment

Heavy Infantry = 20.7 (3.5 + 4.1 + 3.6 +19.3)

Phalanx = 11.2 (3.5 + 4.1 + 3.6)

Cavalry = 0.0

I have checked your General stats and found no issues. Please try to clear your browser's cache and reload the game.

I've cleared browser cache as requested and no change.

It's interesting from your screenshot that the HI and Ph bonuses appear correctly but mine still shows the other way round.

I suspect it's a bigger problem than that I suspect the bonuses are NOT being applied at all. I have noticed raids in the past couple of days to less effective than normal. On server 2 I just had a failed raid which I think I should have won based on the report. Who do I raise that issue with?

This issue is a visual one since it has not been reproduced when I checked your account. Please try to launch the game in another browser. Also, please try to login via Incognito mode. These steps should clarify the issue.

Launched game in Edge browser, no change, same problem exists.

Chose incognito mode fro Chrome, no change, same problem exists.

I've been with the same ISP for years.

You guys are completely missing the point.

I play on server 1 AND server 2. 

This issue has only come up since the recent game updates and only impacts city on server 1.

If it was my ISP or my PC or browser it would be a common to both my cities as I play from the same PC, same browser and same ISP.

Please send to your dev team to investigate.
