If it doesn't help. you can send us a .HAR file, so we could identify the cause of the lags and forward to the developers (all instructions in the article above).

you know what doesn't help me ...contacting you guys ,because i only waste my time ...i wasn't the only guy with problem  yesterday night ..but people are tired    to contact you because you guys are telling us  the same bla bla and don't do nothing ...  anyhow  contacted you in the past and didn't  resolved nothing because  to quote  Dimitry you don't waste human resources if only somebody    contact you ...

  and the problem was with the lag  not with the loading of the game    ,,wich was   like 5-15 seconds at least  yesterday night ..you should  change youre provider because  in the last time  this lag  appears  often in the   browser mode of playing 

 p.s. still didn't get the compesantion  i should have for the last time when youre servers have lag for    more then an day so    i think you understand me 

Plarium..... just fix the damned game from your side & don't expect me to do any of the leg work for you. It's your baby, get it working. i'm a player , therefore i play & wont be jumping through any hoops submitting tickets or anything else that i regard as " your department".

There are multiple reasons why the game lags. It may be connection issues, device issues or our server issues. Developers constantly monitor server performance and when they notice any issues they fix them. However, there may be some problems with the internet provider, backbone or plenty of other stuff which cannot be spotted from our side. 

That is why we need to understand where the problem is. When we receive several similar requests in support, we investigate the case and forward the info to developers, but when no requests come to support and a player complains that all were having issues, it is very difficult for us to understand the causes, because we have not enough data. As a player, I totally understand that when the game lags the first you want to do it to blame the company, but I can assure you that we are interested in good game performance in the first place and do everything possible to provide it. 

Please help us to make the game better. Yes, we will give you the Standard Loading troubleshoot because almost all loading cases are solved by that troubleshoot and before proceeding further we need to make sure the problem is not related to browser or cache. It takes less than 10 minutes to do it.

remove that beta tester somewhere else,far away from our plarium server,put it on fb server,game on fb server is totally different then on plarium server,when we gonna get those upgrades,for 2 or 3 years? 

if you cant move beta tester to fb server,because of any reason or famous  balance,move it to server 2 or 3

it is painful to play game last month or 2,lag all the time,you need to click 2 times to apply anything,unstable,hard to do anything in game,...

around 2 months players complain on forum for game lag,every day....me too...and moderators and cm,enlightening us how we shouldnt post it in that thread,then in the other one.and thats it,no explanation about lag,after few days complaining,answer was to send ticket to support ! Last time i'v send ticket to support was 2 years ago,screenshots...explanation,and they said they will investigate it ^^ Scully and Mulder   

i didnt get answer 2 years or anything,so to try with support again,hm?

Now,you advice us to clear cache,refresh browser may help? hahaha

that is what we do all the time,refreshing browser,clearing cache,history,changing browser,........all there is...and it is the same....and you dont know why is that? important is that all that lag is not on fb server,never! only here,and it is because beta tester,and too many tournaments in same time(and wrong combination of them if you ask me)

1.remove beta tester from us

2.tournaments: PVP (with bigger rewards, and not imperial troops,then only regular troops)+ EXP in same time,later PP + EXP + Develop tour but much longer,7 days(same only regular troops as rewards),

3.increase troop number on rewards,we always loose much more,they rewards are,no matter is it 2x or 2.2 x multiplied  

4.send apology and descent amount of drachma because of looong time laggy game to all players

5.and give us back wheel of fortune !!

6.and tell me my pp bank i dont know who to ask anymore,something is really wrong

Tonaya, all issues are handled due to the certain rules. This is why it is important to post the issues in the appropriate threads. Thus we will be able to consider your reports and forward them to the responsible specialists.

1. We are testing the new game version to make the game better for all players. The WebGL version won't be removed in the nearest future. Please report the further issues related to the WebGL version in this thread.

2-4. Feedback and suggestions are collected in the Game Discussion thread.

5. The Wheel of Fortune has been removed due to the new game version. It can be restored in the future. 

6. We do not disclose such data to the players. Also, no bugs related to Persian Positions have been found. 

As for the game lags. Please refer to Agent Helen's post above.
