What are the chances of increasing the max level of the skills you can develope at the training center?

Also it would be good to add new skills such as increasing the loading cap of our units.

Commander..Plarium is always interested in ways to improve game..The developers have the final say as to what can/will be added to game..You have 2 very good suggestions..

Commander, as Robert said, we're always working on the game to make it even better. And we definitely have plans to increase max levels of some skills and also add some new skills, unique abilities and many other cool things in the near future.
