Unequal treatment of users - 4,000 diamonds extra gift only to players who have a Facebook account.

Hi.

I just learned (by chance) that Facebook users who post their anniversary screenshot on the official "Soldiers Inc." Facebook profile receive an additional 4,000 diamonds (not included in the in-game anniversary rewards).

https://www.facebook.com/groups/176306229210500/posts/2665237976983967/

Why hasn't anyone advertised this in-game, on the forum, or in Plarium Play news?

I don't have a Facebook account (I've never had one by choice).

Is it possible to get the 4,000 diamonds another way (perhaps by sending the screenshot by opening a ticket, or by posting it on the forum), or do you discriminate your users, between those who have a Facebook account and those who don't?!

Why don't you inform all your users equally and offer them the same opportunities to get extra rewards ?

In addition to these 4,000 diamonds (award which I have already lost for two years since this initiative was launched, and 2026 is the third year), are there any other offers, initiatives, promotions, or gifts I should be informed about?

I'm curious to know how many other gifts I've missed due to the unequal treatment of your users.

What's the point??

Do Facebook users have more rights and opportunities than those who downloaded Plarium Play directly from the Plarium.com website?

I want to have the same chances of getting gifts as any other user (whether I have a Facebook account or not).

I'm waiting to hear from you which channels (other than Facebook) I should use to publish my screenshot and get my reward.

Furthermore, I urge you, from now on, to inform your users equally across all platforms you have: Facebook, Discord, Forum, YouTube, Plarium Play News, X, etc. ... all information channels you have (internal or external to the game!) must provide the same information and ensure equal opportunities for everyone!!

Thank you.

Best regards.

Final considerations:

Today (July 31, 2026), I celebrate my 11th anniversary.

I expect someone to take action against this injustice and give me the 4,000 diamonds I deserve.

Below I'm posting screenshots showing my anniversary which happened today ( * ).

Not having a Facebook account is not a demerit and has nothing to do with Plarium's game.

If you (as a "plarium company") want to be on Facebook: Okay, you're perfectly free to create a Plarium profile on Facebook, but this cannot translate into a big disadvantage for those players who do not have a Facebook account too, like you.  (Your users are all equal and should all have the same rights and opportunities, regardless of their life choices outside of the game).

You're creating benefits based on facts that aren't relevant to the game (Facebook is a third-party site and not part of the game).

You can't force your users to sign up on a third-party site to get the same benefits as everyone else.

The challenges and contests you offer to earn your users extra rewards must be accessible to all your users (regardless of whether they have an account on third-party sites or not); therefore, your contests must take place in the social areas already integrated into your game (developed by Plarium, such as this forum).

Any Plarium reward that can only be obtained through non-Plarium channels… represents an abuse of power, blackmail, discrimination, sponsor and encourage people to register on third-party sites.  … and the imposition of lifestyle choices on your users, which you should not interfere with.

If I'm registered on Plarium.com, on the Plarium forum, and have downloaded Plarium Play on my PC, then I have fulfilled all my duties as a "Plarium user", and therefore I must have 100% access to the features and benefits offered by this world (other external worlds cannot be used to give some users more than others).

Think about this injustice and be honest with yourself about the inappropriateness and discrimination that it objectively generates among your users.

Greetings, Commander! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us.

We want to assure you that every player is important to us. Soldiers Inc. offers some platform-exclusive events, including anniversary celebrations and other special contests. Because our largest and most active community gathers on Facebook, we are hosting the anniversary event there. At this time, we do not have plans to bring a similar event to the Forum.

We warmly invite you to join our Facebook group whenever you like. Head over to the group to request your anniversary rewards and connect with fellow players 😊

Oh really??
How kind and loving you are: you want to assure me that every player is important to you.
Ooooohh...  how sweet!! ... What lovely people!! 😍

... Are you kidding me?? 😡🤬🤬
I DON'T  THINK SO AT ALL !!!! ...  In fact, you're not demonstrating this attitude towards your users at all !! (on the contrary: you're proving the opposite with your business choices!).

You're favoring players registered on Facebook (as you also chose to register there) and discriminating against all those who don't have an account on that site (like me).

The flaw in your argument (which you're clearly missing) is precisely this: offering exclusive contests only for certain players who use a specific channel (and not for all your users).

I'm not saying you shouldn't use Facebook to sponsor your contests and events... If it's the largest and most active community, well... FANTASTIC !! ...then it will probably mean that 70% (or more) of your users will use that channel to participate in the contests you organize.
The problem is when that channel becomes the only way to participate in a game contest (a third-party website, which has nothing to do with the game and which you are imposing as the only possible option for your players!!).

I repeat, I don't have a Facebook account, so I'm unable to join any "Facebook groups," and I have no intention of creating an account to comply with your dictate/imposition.
As I've already said: Facebook is a third-party website (which has nothing to do with the Plarium games), so if you decide to join it, your personal choice cannot be passed on to your users (penalizing those who don't make the same choice as you!!).

Your duty is to offer all your users the same opportunities and therefore offer other channels (alternatives to Facebook, Plarium's own) through which they can equally participate in the contests you organize.
Facebook can't be the only way.

Otherwise there's no point in you coming here, trying to make me believe that "all your users are important to you", if in fact that's not the case... if this attitude/feeling is not reflected in practice !!! (by saying this, you're just unpleasantly taking the pi$$ out of me!).

And that only makes me more pi$$ed off! 😡🤬

Users aren't required to be registered on all the third-party social media platforms you've chosen to use (e.g., X, Facebook, Telegram, TikTok, Instagram, Discord, Truth, YouTube, Twitch, etc.), but they have the right to be treated like any other user, to have the same opportunities, and to be able to win the same rewards, regardless of which social networks they use or not.

Here's the point!

What's the next step?

  • Does anyone who buys Nike shoes win a prize in Plarium games?
  • Does anyone who buys a Mercedes Benz car win a reward in Plarium games?

Users who simply downloads "Plarium Play" and are registered on the "official Soldiers Inc. forum", they are your users like everyone else! They too should have the chance to win 4000 diamonds on their anniversary by
engaging in some interactive activity in Plarium's own community area (not on third-party websites).

It's not that they're a less valuable customers just because they don't have Facebook! (You need to plan a path for everyone, leading to reaching 4000 diamonds or whatever other reward you are planning to put into
play).

I urge you to make sure that any initiative you promote that entitles users to win a reward is accessible through all possible channels (internal or external to Plarium platforms); Otherwise, I'll unsubscribe from
your YouTube channel, since this channel offers me nothing! (while you offer gifts and prizes to Facebook users).
And I will invite other users to do the same (unsubscribe from YT).

This is all crazy and unfair! 💩💩🤢🤮👎👎👎

Open your mind and be objective in evaluating this fact (taking action ASAP, to address the unequal treatment that has emerged, rather than trying to justify yourself in a clumsy way ).
