Comander,,As for game play..There is no difference in Highlands and Badlands..You may find that Highlands has more players on that server as Highlands was the first platform that Soldiers opened on..You can have a base on Highlands Srever and Badlands as well,,both played the same and one does Not interact or interfer with the other base..Highland bases are generally more advanced than Badlands as that server has been opened longer..giving the player more experience  and time for upgrades
