I'm also having loading issues. I'm level 135 on Facebook. Clicking the migration link from Facebook gives me a error saying my account was deleted and to go to the email. They sent me to click the Recovery button. I no longer have that email. No help on what to do next. When I do login to Plarium Play the Soldiers Inc. Badlands level is now level 1. If they don't fix it. That's it for me.
