The game loads and opens onto the base, However t he loading symbol continues and the game wont fully load so I cannot make transactions in the game. 

This has happened several times in the last week. I have cleared cache, i use google chrome. Adobe is up to date and flash is allowed. 

Any reason you might know why this occurs. I cannot play the game.
