I have had this problem for a number of days in both Highlands and Badlands. I am not receiving the resource rewards for completing a mission. So, I do five or six S&D and do not receive 15K/20K of each resource.

I also have a problem when it asks me to make seven Vindicators. I use the resources but the mission does not complete.
