Would it be possible in the next update to please have a join date that a user joins the alliance this will help out all marshals and generals to know who is on probation and who isn't.

Move your theme to Suggestion.
In my opinion, comunication is vital for alliance.
And you need just ask your member about participating in alliance tournaments to find our his or her timer.
So I don't think it's necessary.
