hi! We're not planning to open a Russian server. Also, we have no plans for opening a Russian forum right now. maybe we will in the future, no one can tell you for sure.
As for the prices, they depend on your currency exchange rate. Also, Google Play Market and AppStore have an additional commission for Russian players, according to Russian laws. Plarium cannot affect that part. The terms are the same for all Russian players in all games developed by all companies.
