Live arena progression check

Tier distribution on Live Arena continues: Most players are working their way out of Bronze and slowly entering Silver 1. Once players enter Silver, they no longer can return to the Bronze Tiers, plus they lose rating points on the loss, so to progress any further, you will have to have at least a 50% win rate. Right now, the competition is pretty steep due to the fact that Players who have proven their proficiency in Classic Arena are in the Live Arena Silver Tier, fighting to progress faster than the opponents, but with time more and more players will graduate from Bronze, and the main competition will slowly move to Gold Tiers.

Speaking of Gold, we have our first competitors in the Gold1 Tier: [MAD] Bobby and [SK] 금빛사또, First and Second Live Arena Rank, respectively. So we want to congratulate them, and clarify some of the most frequently asked questions about matchmaking for the past couple of days.

• While players cannot move back into the Bronze Tiers from the Silver Tiers, they can move back to the Silver Tiers from the Gold Tiers by losing points in battle or because of prolonged inactivity.
• In the Silver Tiers, you may match with an opponent from the lower Tier or, in some cases, with the Bronze Tiers opponents.
• In The Gold Tiers, however, there are special rules for the champions' selection. Therefore, they can battle only players from the Gold Tiers.
• Live Arena is a competitive feature, and Success can be a lonely place. To progress, you will need to compete and to compete properly you will need more competitors. While right now, Silver 3-4 has not had so many participants, as you can see in the leaderboards, they still can find an opponent in different tiers, while the Spearhead of the Tier distribution will have to wait for the competition to catch up to progress further.

May Week events and Tournaments

There has been a lot of buzz recently about our special May Week events and Tournaments. Some of it was positive, and some of it not, yet we think that it is a good opportunity to mention that these are special events, special art and all, and they will not replace our regular activities. However, there might be more thematic events in the future.

Recently, we had an issue with an event for new players that resulted in the unplanned start of the Guaranteed hero events and its stop shortly thereafter. We are already resolving the situation and have prepared compensation for those affected by the bug.

Clan vs. Clan Tournament

The next Clan vs Clan tournament will not feature Personal rewards. You can exhale, change your clan if you absolutely must, and prepare for the next CvC clash. Have fun!
