I've been trying out beginners clans, but I'm early mid-game now, and frankly sick of clans with half their members AWOL for 2+ weeks. I'm still gearing up properly and filling the roster, but I'm avid and learning quickly with what I've got. And as above, I'm more than willing to not pull punches for my clan -- it benefits us all.
