Game will no longer launch

So as of today, every time I try to play the game I get an error message saying "We couldn't launch the game. Please contact Support." I did that, and I've also reset my cache and uninstalled and re-installed Plarium Play. Neither fixed the issue. This is pretty annoying as it is, but right in the middle of a Clan vs. Clan tournament as well... Is anyone else getting this problem?

well, 6 hours have passed, nothing has changed and no response from Plarium Play. Is it possible my antivirus has randomly decided to block some key files, and that's why it won't launch? If this is a known thing, does anyone know which files I need to tell my antivirus to allow? Thanks in advance for any advice offered.

So. You opened a support ticket and that's the best solution. Hopefully they can work through the problem with you.

And I know this doesn't help you for CvC, but I like to have Bluestacks installed as a backup, and use it quite frequently, just to run macros. Bluestacks gives you another version of the game to run, as if you were running on your phone, while we are waiting on support.

Have you tried to use bluestacks or a vpn?
