Good morning,  

This is a known issue and they are working on it.  If  you could provide a screen shot that would be  great.  Also,  if it's the same issue I'm having,  i  can only load on pc   if  my game is on my  SSD.  But it still takes a while.

Mine was working last night or bout 8 hours ago.     Set my 30 battles to go then went to bed.   This morning over coffee it won't load.     I suppose the biggest disappointment is the CVC - Got up a little early to slide in some extra points and get one more milestone and to win those rings. 

Running Windows Ten,   Dell Laptop  -  I uninstalled but selected save data for re-install but the results are the same.

I was bout to submit the ticket but thought this might help more people.  I think someone else mentioned this in the apple thread too.    

FWIW -  I  tried re-install a second time.  Again kept the data though.... the same result.     The next attempt would be not to save data.   I think I m linked to FB and I have my IG ID so...  if I do a clean install, I can recover my account?

Are  you  able  to  get  on  mobile?  It  will  look  like  and  is  in  the  settings  menu  in  game.

First I  would try  to  clear  your  cache.  And  if  you  don't  have  access  to  your  UM,  you  might  be  able  to  find  it  in  your  email  if  you  have  ever  submitted  a  ticket  before.

I uninstalled the app including data nd re-installed it.  That fixed it. 

No clue why it broke.    

CVC is over and did not get to put in last efforts or my 30 auto-battle collect rings?  Grrrr.
