Hi, 

I primarily use Plarium Play on a 2019 Macbook pro with the latest ios version.

Was working fine this morning till the update. Since then I have been unable to launch the game and when i press play from the launcher it goes into the loading screen reaches 87 of 88 then crashes and displays the below screenshot

When I click reopen it displays the below

The log in is still registering as if my iPad has the game up it displays another device is attempting to log in. 

I have cleared my cache, logged out and and back in, deleted the game and reinstalled it, deleted the game and launcher and reinstalled it and finally deleted the game, launcher and cleared the cache and it still doesnt work.

Could you please advise as I'm struggling and want to play properly with the Hurndig fusion. This is the platform by which I do the microtransactions and I need to buy energy to do Dragon runs!

I raised a ticket but got 2 automated emails with generic tips which I'd already tried, but re-tried again,and it still doesnt work
