I can't login the whole day, because im stuck on loading screen.
I have 1Gb net, so it's not the issue.
I have lost so many resources because of that(6x CB reward, energy,etc . every day ).. can you please look at that.

Im having the same issues atleast ive seen quite alot of ppl having this issue have they said anything about it?
did u get this issue resolved ? Im currently having the same thing happen even on usa vpn

Got the same issue but able to play my alt account fine its got nothing to do with connection
Currently there are issues with reaching our servers for many players, namely using SEA servers. Temporary solution is using VPN service.
If you are affected and cant access game without using VPN, please fill out form on this thread which will help us solve this issue faster.
