As the title states, the PC application has been loading extremely slow since the last update. In game actions lag as well, accepting log in rewards, tournament rewards, opening events etc.
It takes 5-10 minutes to load into the game on PC. I have uninstalled and deleted all files before reinstalling.
Specs so that you know it's not my PC
Nvidia GTX Super 2080
16gb RAM
Ryzen 9 3900x 12-Core processor
Still having this issue, I've uninstalled some more and reinstalled on my HDD istead of my NVME SSD, and now it can't even connect to the server it just times out. Here are my current download speeds as well.
So the issue isn't with my computer or my internet connection.
The issue won't be your computer or connection. There are a number of people having the same problem, and from what I can gather the issue seems to be an unstable connection to a specific server, either with the server itself being the problem, or an issue somewhere between us and that server.
What country are you from by the way? If you use a VPN service to connect to the US servers you will probably find that it be fixed

Oh I know it's not my PC, I just usually get responses saying it's going to be my PC or connection. I was just getting it out of the way :)
I'm in the US.
We have issues with pathing towards our servers, namely (but not exclusively) SEA servers.
This issue should be resolve soon, but if you are affected, we are collecting information that might speed up process of resolution.
Well, define "soon"... I was thinking about investing money on this game, but as soon as I installed the app in my PC I noticed many problems. Looks like fun and all, but now I'm just thinking it'll be a hard pass for me.

You can try the following:
Players having issues with Plarium play
The default flow to follow:
1. Turn off PP from tray
2. delete the folder StandAloneApps from C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Local\PlariumPlay\StandAloneApps
3. delete the file gamestorage.gsfn from C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Local\PlariumPlay
4. launch PP again and reinstall the game
