The game gets stuck at the end of the battle
The error occurs when you exceed 1500 turns. This limit prevents the game server from being overloaded with infinite battles. Please try changing your Champion Team to beat the Stage quicker.

Artifacts disappear in the game
You may face a situation where Artifacts are not displayed on your Champions and in your Collection. It's a visual bug. To solve it, try restarting the game or clearing its cache. The game developers are already working on a solution.

Same issue. I had this problem with initial install and now with update. Download just gets stuck and it's only the plarium launcher with this issue. Launcher also allowed through firewall so that shouldn't stop it either.

full uninstall of plariumplay and registry cleanum after  then reinstall got it working for me sadly had to figure it out for myself  :/

Ok so the problem happened again. I was killing a stage boss in Brutal Camp for my daily quests and after killing the boss the game got stuck trying to load the results page and kicked me out and won't log back in just like before. If I remember correctly it's exactly the same as what happened the 1st time but I don't remember if it was the same boss level but it was in Brutal Camp.

9.01.2021 and its stuck on updating again cant play the game

uninstalled plarium play againg and reinstalled it ... got in the game again played for a few minutes then closed the game and plarium play.

after that tryed to open the game again and got back to updating and cant play anymore.

so everytime i want to play raid shadow legends i have to uninstall plarium play install it again then play and not close the game (and if i close the game i can do everythiing all over again ... can someone at plarium help me please i cant play the game its been a few days now :/

game works now after a month, after i opened numerous reports and posts on forum still no responce in a month. you guys cant even respond in a month of someone trying to get in touch with you? your support system is a joke 

unable to log in since the last upate on pc, uninstalled and reinstalled and cleaned everything but still wont work after hours of trying

every other update was the same for me ... used to remedy it with bluestacks on pc but raid is not supported there anymore so that fix is gone, second one was uninstall and reinstall plarium but it would only work untill u closed the game then u had to uninstall and reinstall again ... sadly plarium still didnt answer anyone having problems like this u will see many having same issues and no replys. Plarium support is such a joke
