I cant battle now. Did tutorial fine, tried next mission said 48/49 and 0.0 % I waited for 15 minutes nothing happened. I have closed and opened the game a dozen times, same thing keeps happen, cant even play the missions for the tutorial. I get some random number x/x-1 and the 0.0%

I tried googleing solutions nothing came up, I have all ready tried all the basics. (reset router/flsh dns/etc/etc) not sure what to do or maybe I cant play this game on this pc?
