I have been unable to collect rewards after tanking 1st in 2 tournaments.   I had pop ups yesterday and today when I first logged into the game showing my rank for the tournament being 1st and the rewards but I have no way of collecting them.  they are not in my inventory or mail or on the tournament screen to collect.

I opened a ticket in game and they want screen shots of my tournament screen.

I get issues uploading screen shots it says "Screenshot loading.." then a icon with nothing in it pops up for a second near the lower center of the screen but no screen shots uploaded.  I restarted  phone twice still same issues.

Can screen shots be uploaded here of by email to customer support?
