I've never been able to update directly from the Plariam Play dashboard. I've always gotten the dark screen with the logo spinning. If I let it go, it would spin all day. Then I restart the computer and try again, and nothing has installed. I've always ended up having to uninstall and reinstall the dashboard and games. Now I'm fearful of doing the usual fuss of uninstalling because I've read both here and on Reddit that it won't reinstall or load. I've mentioned this issue to support every time it happens and have never gotten a fix. Do they care? Could you guys please put your heads together and get this issue fixed?
I've done this, every time there is an update, and it never works. I know this has been an ongoing issue for others as well. Why won't support fix it? All they care about is the money we spend in the game; well, we can't do that if we can't get into the game. Maybe pay attention to your customers' needs?
