here the same problem, Constantly loading screens, the game does not start, were reinstalled several times during the day!

FIX THAT

I am also getting this issue. It starts loading then the bar stops and the game freezes on 'Signing in'. I've also tried closing all other apps, restarting and uninstalling and reinstalling the game to no avail.

My phone is an Honor view 10 on Android 9.1.0

I've managed to fix it on my phone. Try going to settings>apps>apps>raid>storage and clearing data and cache. Just uninstalling doesn't remove all of the data saved and there must have been something corrupted there.
