I can play just fine on an extra phone I have by using wifi. My other phone and tablet get stuck on authenticating. I have uninstalled and reinstalled on both. Tried using data on my main phone. Tried switching VPN. I have went to the app and deleted cache. I have submitted tickets and searched everywhere for answers and have not found a solution.

Trick that worked for me, in youre phone go to application tab, then rsl application After make delete data (not cache) After introduction..play
