Hello,

I still can't install the plarium play as mentioned here: https://plarium.com/forum/en/raid-shadow-legends/683_loading-issues/192978_can-not-install-plarium-play/

Now I also cant play any mission on my phone. Every time I start a battle it stuck on loadingpools =0%/

I report after each try but not sure if you get it. 

Game still says "downloading" in the home screen and moving very slow.. I do not have any issues with other games nor downloading things so I do not have any internet connection problem.

I am a new player which can't play, this is not the way to attract new players to this game.

What can I do besides deleting the game again, clear cache again because I did all of this.

Please help me solve both of my problems.
