Yes i have and I also contacted amazon and they are working with me to remove an amazon prime account that doesn’t have access to Prime which could be the reason I’m getting the error message saying I didn’t have an active amazon prime membership I will let you know if this fixes my issue.  I’m working with amazon atm don’t know how long I’ll be on hold...
